Maybe the white spots are a little too small.
The text isn't really well aligned (the blue is kind of far, or the red too close, depends on how you see things).
I think the red is too bright, yet it's in the bright part of the sig

get rid of the dots or make them clearly snow flakes. Otherwise it just looks like a mistake or an after thought >.>
